Sunday’s WWE NXT No Mercy saw the long-awaited debut of new signee Giulia, making an immediate statement by confronting Roxanne Perez.
The former STARDOM and Marigold star’s arrival has been a long-time coming, with her and fellow new signee Stephanie Vaquer set to inject some new blood into the NXT’s women’s roster.
While those two signings will have a significant impact on the NXT brand, there are many others who could soon join them from AEW, TNA and the free agent market.
Here are eight new WWE NXT signings to debut on the brand in the near future.
8. Former WWE Tag Team Champions The Hardys
Since departing AEW earlier this year, Matt & Jeff Hardy have been plying their trade back in TNA Wrestling where they’re currently in pursuit of their third set of TNA World Tag Team Titles.
While that’s their current goal, Jeff did admit in an interview with Sportskeeda’s WrestleBinge back in July that the NXT Tag Team Titles were also of interest to them.
The brothers met up with WWE’s digital team on SummerSlam weekend to film content for upcoming projects, potentially suggesting a relationship between the two sides was brewing once again.
At this point in their careers NXT may be the better fit for The Hardys, and would also do a great deal at drawing more seasoned WWE fans to the brand at the same time.
