8 Stars To Sign With WWE NXT

8 Stars To Sign With WWE NXT WWE, AEW, TNA

Off the back of the much-anticipated NXT Battleground, it’s easy to make the claim that WWE’s third brand is as hot as its been in a while right now.

While the core talent roster is strong and the storylines have been well constructed, this momentum has been boosted greatly by the debuts of new stars such as Ethan Page and Jordynne Grace.

Granted, Grace is just a loan from TNA Wrestling, however, that in itself opens up some wildly exciting possibilities – as seen at Battleground when Ash By Elegance (fka Dana Brooke) made an unlikely return to WWE TV.

There could be even more unlikely crossovers to come, but this new working relationship with TNA could open the door to permanent signings also.

So, with that said let’s take a look at eight potential WWE NXT signings from TNA, AEW and the free agent market, starting with the woman who has attributed to NXT’s hot streak.

8. Jordynne Grace

TNA Knockout's Champion Jordynne Grace on WWE NXT

Jordynne Grace’s arrival in WWE NXT may only be temporary, but it’s hard to imagine that it will be that way forever.

Her showing at Battleground as well as at the Women’s Royal Rumble in January has shown how very easily she slots in in WWE.

Grace is a freak athlete that any company would be fortunate to have signed, and for now TNA is where she calls home.

But with the seeds planted and the potential of WWE and TNA’s working relationship potentially growing, it’s easy to imagine more appearances coming while she’s still under contract with TNA.

There’s no evidence that a TNA exit is on the cards, with Grace appearing to be happy representing the company, but her success in WWE does raise fans’ expectations she’ll eventually land in Stamford, CT.
