Now that WWE Backlash 2025 is in the rearview mirror, there are new developments to be followed up on over on Monday Night Raw.

Ahead of the May 12 edition of WWE Raw, there are different storylines and characters that can be developed over this week and the weeks to come.

With the lineup already announced for the show, several changes can still be made ahead of or during tonight’s episode from Louisville, Kentucky.

Here are eight potential changes to WWE Raw after Backlash 2025.

8. Roxanne Perez & Giulia Become A Threat To WWE Women’s World Champion IYO SKY

The May 12 episode of Monday Night Raw will feature WWE Women’s World Champion IYO SKY teaming with Rhea Ripley to face NXT’s Roxanne Perez and Giulia.

Perez and Giulia have come to the red brand and have been running roughshod over the women’s division with various attacks on the top stars.

After Perez and Giulia laid out SKY on the May 5 episode, the Women’s World Champion will be looking for revenge alongside Ripley who has also been the victim of their assaults.

Roxanne and Giulia picking up the win in this tag team bout could be considered an upset, but it feels like the right decision because it would legitimize them as a threat to IYO’s current reign.
