John Cena has less than six months remaining in his WWE in-ring career.

The key questions now are: how long will he remain a heel, and how long can he hold onto the Undisputed WWE Title?

His heel run currently shows no signs of ending – and with his storyline plans of “ruining wrestling for everyone”, could he form a faction to help him keep the title until his retirement date in December?

Here are five stars who could potentially join a John Cena-led faction.

5. The New Day

Since they turned on Big E last year, The World Tag Team Champions – New Day’s Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston – have proven themselves to be an effective heel act.

An alliance with John Cena as part of a new faction could give them renewed prominence at the top of the card.

A Cena–New Day heel alliance is something that few had on their bingo card last year, but could it be about to happen?

If Cena’s heel run isn’t ending imminently, it would make for a very interesting alliance.
