Since announcing their formal multi-year partnership in January 2025, TNA Wrestling’s relationship with WWE has proven a major boost for the promotion – raising interest in the product and driving up ticket sales.
This relationship was on full display at TNA’s most recent pay-per-view, Rebellion, which took place last Sunday and featured WWE stars throughout the card.
NXT’s Ethan Page featured in the main event, a three-way bout for Joe Hendry’s TNA World Championship – only for Trick Williams to spoil Hendry’s win – while NXT women’s teams, Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson and Gigi Dolin & Tatum Paxley competed in a four-way for the Knockouts Tag Team Titles.
From full-time signees like Nic Nemeth (WWE’s Dolph Ziggler), to guest appearances by WWE main roster stars, to NXT talent gaining valuable ring time, here are seven WWE names we could soon see competing in a TNA ring.
7. LA Knight
LA Knight has experienced an unprecedented rise to WWE stardom in recent years, capped off by a huge reaction at WrestleMania 41.
He first started to gain notoriety as one of pro-wrestling’s premier loud-mouths in TNA Wrestling as Eli Drake in 2015.
During a chaotic time for the company, marked by multiple name changes, he captured their World Championship in 2017.
With his stock higher than ever and TNA itself experiencing a successful period, could he return — just for one night — to the place where it all began?
