5 Surprises WWE Could Book For King & Queen Of The Ring 2024 WWE

For the first time since 2002, WWE will host a standalone King of the Ring event, only this time with the stakes ramped up even higher due to the Queen of the Ring also being decided.

With the event just days away and the card almost set in stone, it seems like a perfect time to take a look at some surprises that WWE could potentially have in store for the crowd in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

From new allegiances, to shock returns, here are five surprises WWE could book for King & Queen of the Ring 2024.

5. The Judgment Day Help Liv Morgan Capture Gold

WWE stars Dominik Mysterio & Liv Morgan

In the five weeks since Rhea Ripley forfeited her WWE Women’s World Championship we have seen several teases regarding a shocking new allegiance between the group and the woman who took Ripley out: Liv Morgan.

Now, you’d be forgiven for missing any of these teasers, as aside from Morgan and Dominik Mysterio’s confrontation (pictured above) all of the hints that something is brewing between the two opposing sides have been very much discreet.

First we saw Dominik Mysterio and Morgan exit the same locker room in background of a backstage interview involving Jey Uso on Raw. Morgan then posted a picture of herself that seemed to show a purple bandana poking out one of her pockets.

Then, as seen on this week’s WWE Raw (May 20) both Finn Balor and Morgan were seen arriving in the same car for the show in Greensboro, NC.

While it remains unclear how this all pays off, and how Ripley factors into everything – it is abundantly clear that Morgan and at least some members of Judgment Day are in co-hoots, and we could soon see a big reveal at King & Queen of the Ring.

Morgan is set to challenge Becky Lynch for the Women’s World Championship, and perhaps with the help of Dom, Balor and company can get the job done. One thing is for sure though, expect hell to pay when Ripley makes it back to TV.
