4. Women’s Match — Team AJ Lee vs. Team Becky Lynch

Along with the reports of the direction for the men’s WarGames match also came a report regarding the creative plans for the women’s match.

It was reported that a babyface team of AJ Lee, Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, and IYO SKY were set to take on the heel squad of Becky Lynch, Asuka, Kairi Sane, Nia Jax and NXT star Lash Legend.

Although there is still time to kick off several potential feuds to make this make even more sense as we approach the event, it could also be at least a part was a misdirection.

With Lash Legend’s name possibly a red herring to protect the heel turn of Jade Cargill, it could be the new Women’s Champion who joins the WarGames field but we’ll have to stay tuned to find out for sure.
