With the WWE Hall of Fame 2026 inductees continuing to be announced, there could be at least one tag team on the list this year.

From legendary teams that may be returning to in-ring action to another that was previously thought to be ruled out from being included at all, there could be some intriguing additions to this year’s class of inductees that currently only contains Stephanie McMahon.

Here are six potential tag teams and one immortal tag team moment that could be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame 2026.

6. Demolition

One tag team that often comes up when fans speculate as to who will be inducted each year into the WWE Hall of Fame is Demolition.

While previously considered to a pair that WWE may never induct into the Hall of Fame, there was a nod in 2025 that seems to spark hope.

With Ax (Bill Eadie) and Smash (Barry Darsow) signing legends deals with WWE last year, there is an opportunity for them to feature in future merchandise.

Potentially paving the way for an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2026, their inclusion would make complete sense.
