After Rey Mysterio appeared to sustain an injury on last night’s SmackDown, his WWE WrestleMania 41 match could be in jeopardy.

If Mysterio is unable to compete in his match set for night one against El Grande Americano, there are a whole host of options of men who could replace him for the match.

Here are six potential replacements for Rey Mysterio at WWE WrestleMania 41.

6. Randy Orton

In the end, Randy Orton remains without an opponent after Kevin Owens was revealed as medically unable to compete at WWE WrestleMania 41.

While the veteran issued essentially an open challenge on the SmackDown before Mania, his future opponent will presumably remain a mystery until the match on Sunday.

That being said – he could always make a surprise appearance on night one to serve as a legendary substitution for Rey Mysterio.

It seems that the Viper is in a fighting mood and ready to dish out an RKO to anyone, so why not El Grande Americano?
