2 Title Matches & More Set For Next Week’s AEW Dynamite

Two title matches have been confirmed for next week’s edition of AEW Dynamite, the penultimate episode before Double Or Nothing.

The first of those won’t actually be for an AEW championship, as Serena Deeb will defend the NWA Women’s World Title against Red Velvet.

With Deeb being one of the best female talents in the world, this should be a great match and it’s a clever pairing to hopefully help the promising Velvet pick up a thing or two.

Meanwhile, the Young Bucks will be defending the AEW World Tag Team Championship against the Varsity Blonds – Brian Pillman Jr and Griff Garrison – next week.

The Bucks retained the title over SCU last night after cheating, which in turn put an end to the tag team journey of Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian.

If you tuned into AEW Dark this week, you’ll know the Blonds are now joined by Julia Hart as their ‘cheerleader’ of sorts.

Hart notably lost to Britt Baker on the Blood & Guts episode of Dynamite, and she’s only 19 years old, which quite frankly is absolutely terrifying.

The presentation worked really well and added a lot to the act, so hopefully we’ll get to see it carry over onto Dynamite next week.

As well as those title matches, there’s also Anthony Ogogo vs Austin Gunn, and Christian Cage vs Matt Sydal, confirmed for next Wednesday.
