A WWE star says she feels the 2023 Royal Rumble winner is obvious.
WWE Royal Rumble kickstarts the road to WrestleMania in laying the groundwork for the direction that the company takes for the biggest show of the year.
There will be rising stars stepping up and feuds being set up to be paid off at the grandest stage of them all. However, only one winner emerges from the bouts to secure a championship match in the main event of WrestleMania.
Appearing on WWE Die Woche, Zelina Vega stated who she believes is the obvious winner for this year’s Men’s Royal Rumble match. She said:
“I mean, it makes sense for it to be Santos [Escobar], doesn’t it? That screams obvious to me.”
“It’s cool seeing people like Rey Mysterio say that he’s going to be part of that because he’s somebody that I’ve admired since childhood, so it’s crazy to even be witnessing that.”
“But I’ve got to give it to Santos because if anybody can do it, and we haven’t really gotten the chance to see what he can do.”
