3 Matches Announced For NXT Halloween Havoc Including 2 With Spin The Wheel Stipulations

Last week at NXT TakeOver: 31, WWE announced the return of Halloween Havoc. Halloween Havoc will be returning to NXT and will be hosted by Shotzi Blackheart.

Halloween Havoc was a major WCW event. It was known for cool sets and not-so-cool stipulations. The most awful was Sting vs. Jake Roberts in a Coal Minor’s Glove match.

Hopefully, NXT will have gimmicked the wheel and won’t repeat WCW’s mistake since two of the matches at NXT: Halloween Havoc will now have stipulations determined by Spin the Wheel Make The Deal.

Johnny Gargano will be challenging Damian Priest again for the NXT North American Championship.

Meanwhile, his wife, Candace LeRae will be challenging Io Shirai for the NXT Women’s Championship. LeRae lost to Shirai at the last takeover as well.

The following stipulations appear to be on the wheel as options:

Casket Match
Chamber Of Horrors Match
Biker’s Chain Match
Buried Alive Match
Devil’s Playground Match

I’m not sure exactly why they deserve rematches, but the stipulations could make the matches pretty interesting. There’s one more match official for Halloween Havoc.

Rhea Ripley and Raquel Gonzalez will also be doing battle at Halloween Havoc. No spinning wheels for this one.

This is a grudge match that goes back for weeks. Which of these two ladies will come out victorious?
