Four of the eight teams that will be part of the ‘Deadly Draw’ AEW women’s tag team tournament over the coming weeks have now been revealed.
It was revealed on this past Wednesday’s Dynamite that Nyla Rose would be teaming up with Ariane Andrew, formerly known as Cameron of the Funkadactyls in WWE.
As we covered on the site earlier, Chris Jericho announced during his latest livestream that one of the other teams will be made up of the Dark Order’s Anna Jay and former WWE NXT star Taynara Conti.
Dave Meltzer reported two of the other teams on Wrestling Observer Radio, saying that Diamante will be teaming with Ivelisse, and Brandi Rhodes and Allie will be together as the Nightmare Sisters.
That leaves half the field still unknown, and the draw is taking place tomorrow (Monday) on the AEW YouTube channel. Featured in the original trailer for the tournament were Penelope Ford and Big Swole, so it would seem likely that they’ll be included.
Let us know any potential pairings you’d be interested in seeing in the replies on Twitter.
