An absent AEW star has made their return after almost a year off television amid ongoing speculation about their future.

Danhausen has remained a popular figure in AEW this year, with new merchandise being released for the very nice, very evil star just two weeks ago.

However, Danhausen has not appeared on AEW television in almost a year, with him last being a part of a Battle Royal at last year’s Worlds End pay-per-view event.

It was recently reported that there were no plans for Danhausen to return to AEW television, with his contract set to roll into the Summer of 2025.

However, while it may not exactly be AEW TV, Danhausen is now back in the fold under Tony Khan, with him making his return at tonight’s ROH Final Battle pay-per-view event.

Danhausen appeared from under the ring during Mansoor’s match with Atlantis Jr on the show, where he attacked Mason Madden at ringside, helping Atlantis score the victory.

After the match, Danhausen entered the ring and put a curse on Madden.
