Following the general anger towards the latest episode of Game of Thrones, the show’s producers David Benioff and D.B Weiss have decided to ask Vince McMahon for his help in booking the show’s final two episodes.
There are now just three hours left in what is arguably the most popular TV series in history, and who else in the world is better equipped to book three hours of television for a show fans are losing interest in than Vince McMahon?
Rumour has it that instead of a final battle at King’s Landing, Vince has convinced Benioff and Weiss to replace Jon Snow actor Kit Harrington with WWE’s Roman Reigns, and the role of Daenerys Targaryen, which up until now was Emilia Clarke’s, will instead go to Charlotte Flair.
Speaking in an interview with WrestleTalk, Vince said: “I’m a genius!”
The final two episodes will take the form of a King of the Ring PPV, with multiple matches taking place in a tournament style format. The brackets are as follows:
Cersei Lannister
vs.
Grey Worm
Jon Snow
vs.
The Mountain
Drogon*
vs.
Euron Greyjoy
Daenerys Targaryen
vs.
Becky Lynch
As you can see from the spoiler image we used as the thumbnail for this piece, the plan is for Jon Snow (Roman Reigns) to win the tournament after spearing Daenerys into the Iron Throne, thus ending the Targaryen line and taking his rightful place as king of the Seven Kingdoms.
Critics are calling the decision “bold”, and some are suggesting Vince may appear halfway through episode five to announce a wildcard rule, meaning characters from other TV shows can intervene in matches.
*Rumour has it that Ru Paul may replace Drogon if the dragon in unable to compete following injury.
We will keep you updated with any developments.
THIS IS OBVIOUSLY ALL SATIRE
