Adam Pearce has trolled Becky Lynch after losing the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship to AJ Lee at Elimination Chamber 2026.

Serving as a homecoming for the “Second City Saint” CM Punk and his wife AJ Lee, WWE Elimination Chamber 2026 saw the husband and wife pairing both involved in title matches, and both walk out with said gold around their waists.

CM Punk successfully defended the World Heavyweight Championship against Finn Balor – a win that ensures Punk will take on Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 42 – while AJ Lee dethroned Becky Lynch for the Women’s Intercontinental Title.

As fans have come to expect, Lynch did not react too well to the loss and took to social media to take aim at Raw General Manager Adam Pearce and referee of the match Jessika Carr.

In one of many tweets following the loss, Lynch wrote:

I AM DEMANDING THAT ADAM PEARCE DO HIS JOB FOR ONCE IN HIS LIFE!!!!! SUSPEND CORRUPT CARR WITHOUT PAY!!!

COMPLETE A FULL INTERNAL INVESTIGATION!!! STRIP ABSOLUTE JOKE OF HER TITLE!!!

DELETE THE TRIPLE H PHOTO!!! THIS MUST ALL BE DONE IMMEDIATELY!!!!

In response to Lynch’s demand, Pearce offered “The Man” his phone number so they can discuss the matter, only the number Pearce gave out was not his own, instead, as pointed out by several commenters on Twitter, the number takes callers straight to a line which plays Rick Astley’s famous 1987 hit song ‘Never Gonna Give You Up.’

Setting Lynch up for a ‘Rick Roll’, Pearce wrote:

Becky, give me a call and let’s discuss.

Jessika Carr would also pour salt in Lynch’s wounds, writing the following in reaction to a clip of her taking a bump during the Women’s IC Title match:

Rough day at the office.

But someone else might have had it a bit worse?
