He might be playing a dastardly bad guy on television now but according to Adam Cole, one top AEW star gave him support lately.
While chatting in a new interview alongside real life partner Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D., Adam Cole described other members of the AEW locker room who were supportive to him during his time away from the ring.
Describing a bond that he shared with Bryan Danielson, speaking to Good Karma Wrestling, Adam Cole said:
“I was (able to chat with Bryan Danielson while I was out of action) and again, I talk about the people who were incredibly helpful, Bryan Danielson absolutely was one of them. Again, considering what he went through and on top of that, he reached out which I thought was so kind and so thoughtful of him because he understood in a lot of ways what I was going through so, yeah, Bryan was incredibly resourceful and very, very helpful to me in my recovery process.”
Elsewhere in the interview, he and real life partner Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. spoke about who they would like to face at AEW’s massive debut in the UK at London’s Wembley Stadium.
