Adam Cole Reveals AEW Return Feelings & Future AEW

Adam has opened up about his feelings before his AEW return match and what the future holds for his in-ring career.

Cole will make his return on the March 29 episode of AEW Dynamite, taking on Daniel Garcia, having last been seen in action at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door in 2022.

He has recently spoken about what fans can expect in his return to AEW, having been sidelined with a concussion.

Speaking to Pop Break, Cole gave insight into how he’s currently feeling and what the future holds, saying:

“The whole idea of March 29th, not only being the debut of All Access and exposing some of the most private and intimate times of my career, but the fact that I am going to be able to get back into the ring, it is going to be an emotional day.

“Again there was a long period that Britt (Baker) will tell you this when there was a real scare and a real fear that I was done and that I wasn’t going to be able to wrestle again. I hate even thinking about being an option, but it was and it was very real and some of that is covered in the show.”

“As far as March 29th goes, I could not be more elated and excited to get back into the ring.

“It’s my dream, this is all I have ever wanted to do since I was nine and I am very proud of the career that I have had, but in a lot of ways I haven’t even hit my prime yet in my opinion.

“I feel as if I have 10-15 more years in the ring. I am very thankful that I have been given this second chance in a lot of different ways. March 29th I am going to be a wreck.”

Cole would also reveal that the list of AEW talent he would like to work with, citing Jungle Boy (again), Darby Allin and Sammy Guevara among the names.

He would state that he plans to wrestle the “best pro wrestlers on the planet” and would do that in an AEW ring.

Adam Cole, along with Britt Baker are a central couple in the TBS reality series AEW: All Access which will premiere on March 29.

The series also features Tony Khan, Saraya, The Young Bucks along with Sammy Guevara & Tay Melo among others.
