Today, London played host to many big football games (Soccer for those across the pond) today, and the All Elite presence was felt throughout two of them.
The first came at Craven Cottage, the home of Tony Khan’s Fulham Football Club, where Fulham took on Leeds United in a Premier League game.
While it was Harry Wilson and Andreas Pereira who caught the eyes on the pitch, it was the banners around the stadium that caught the eyes of wrestling fans, as Khan took the time to advertise his upcoming AEW All In event at Wembley Stadium, with tickets going on sale next Friday (May 5).
That wasn’t the only time the show was advertised, as during the bigger game later in the day, the FA Cup semi-final between Manchester City and Sheffield United, the All In adverts were displayed around pitchside.
The FA Cup semi-final took place at Wembley, the little known stadium where AEW will be hosting All In in August.
Hopefully the AEW stars will have as much luck as Riyah Mahrez in Wembley, whose hat-trick punched Manchester City’s ticket to the final on May 14.
Was this all just an excuse for me to write about Football during my shift of this wrestling news site? Who knows.
