A big return occurred at tonight’s AEW All In London 2024 in a special stipulation match that lent to the appearance.
There was a Coffin Match at AEW All In London 2024 for the TNT Championship as Darby Allin challenged Jack Perry.
In the penultimate match of the night, Darby Allin challenged TNT Champion Jack Perry for his recently re-designed title.
After a violent match including tables, chairs and even a small bag of glass, the match would come to its big conclusion.
With Jack Perry throwing Darby Allin off of the stage, he put him in a body bag and dragged him back to ringside where he was shoved in the coffin.
Before the lid was closed, Allin looked to be able to sit up until a flying Perry appeared, kicking the coffin shut and restraining Allin inside.
Perry won the match, leading to the Young Bucks coming out with gasoline and seemingly planning to set the coffin and Allin on fire.
However coming out to make the big save for Darby Allin, none other than the retired icon Sting.
Sting would go on to run off Jack Perry with a baseball bat, hit a double Scorpion Death Drop on the Young Bucks and then free Darby Allin from the casket.
In the end, Darby and Sting would walk up the ramp at Wembley Stadium standing tall albeit battered in Allin’s case.
