Major Title Change At AEW All In Texas 2025

There was a major title change at the end of AEW All In Texas 2025 today, July 12, at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.

The main event of the show was the Texas Death Match between defending AEW World Champion Jon Moxley, and his challenger, Hangman Adam Page.

Being a Texas Death match, the bout featured plenty of blood and weapons, including barbed wire, tables, thumbtacks, broken glass and more.

The match also played host to the on-screen returns of Bryan Danielson and Darby Allin, who showed up in an attempt to combat the numbers game of Moxley’s Death Riders.

With some additional help from Prince Nana and Swerve Strickland, Hangman did eventually manage to get the better of Moxley.

He first struck Moxley with a Buckshot Lariat onto a bed of nails, before then using a chain that Strickland had brought to the ring to choke Moxley over the ropes.

Per the rules, pinfalls weren’t a means to win the match, but Moxley tapping out while he was being choked was the finish and means Page is now the AEW World Champion.

He brings an end to Moxley’s 274-day reign, with Hangman now a two-time AEW World Champion, having previously held the title in from November 2021 to May 2022.

After the match, Hangman unlocked the briefcase that the Death Riders have been carrying around for months to reveal the AEW World Championship belt, which we haven’t actually seen since Moxley won it back in October, evidenced by the detail of Bryan Danielson’s sideplates still being attached to it.

Elsewhere at All In, Dustin Rhodes became the new TNT Champion, and Kazuchika Okada defeated Kenny Omega for the AEW Unified Championship.
