AEW teased a big announcement for this afternoon and here it is. AEW: Dynamite will be returning to Jacksonville, Florida for a special “Homecoming” on New Year’s Day, 2020.
Jacksonville is a bit of a spiritual home for AEW, as its where founder Tony Khan is based as the owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars.
It is also the location where AEW was initially announced. Many will remember Chris Jericho shocking the world by appearing at the AEW launch in January 2019.
