This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite (August 4) was branded as AEW’s Homecoming show, returning to Jacksonville for the first time since live touring began.
AEW did not tape anything for AEW Dark after the show, which is scheduled to air on Friday this week instead of the usual Tuesday.
Instead, Tony Khan annouced that AEW will be returning to Daily’s Place for the December 29 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Khan noted how he hopes that Jacksonville will become AEW’s New Year’s Eve destination, like how Chicago is their Labor Day destination and Las Vegas is their Memorial Day destination.
