AEW held its fifth Battle of the Belts television special last Friday (January 6) on TNT.
The show aired at 11pm EST following that night’s AEW Rampage show, and featured three championship matches.
The Acclaimed retained their AEW World Tag Team Championship in a rematch against Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal in the opening bout.
Else where on the show, Jade Cargill successfully retained her TBS Championship against Skye Blue.
Orange Cassidy defeating Kip Sabian to keep the All-Atlantic Championship in the main event of the event.
Per PWInsider, the most recent Battle of the Belts show drew in 409,000 viewers, which is an improvement over the 317,000 that Battle of the Belts IV drew in.
Battle of the Belts V scored a 0.11 in the key 18-49 demographic, which is also up from the 0.10 that Battle of the Belts IV scored.
The next AEW Battle of the Belts show is set to air on April 7, 2023.
