‘I Will Get My Sweet Revenge’: AEW Champion Addresses Pinfall Loss AEW

An AEW champion has addressed being pinned at Worlds End, sending a message to his upcoming title match opponent.

AEW National Champion Ricochet was in action at the December 27 pay-per-view, teaming with Toa Liona, Bishop Kaun and Josh Alexander against Mike Bailey, Kevin Knight, Jack Perry and Luchasaurus during the Zero Hour pre-show.

Ricochet’s side ultimately came up short, with Jack Perry pinning the champion to score a victory for his team.

With Ricochet set to put his AEW National Championship on the line against Perry at Dynamite New Year’s Smash on December 31, the current title holder has sent a message to his upcoming opponent.

In a video shared by AEW filmed right after the Worlds End match, Ricochet said:

“Impossible. Jack Perry, I hope you feel really good about yourself today, because you have just accomplished the impossible by getting one over on me.

“Something you could have never in your life done on your best day, if not for your prehistoric pervert of a friend Luchasaurus.

“So don’t worry, Jack, don’t worry, because today is not the last time you will be seeing me, today is not the last day we will cross paths.

“Soon, very soon I will get my sweet revenge, one way or another.”
