New Christmas Themed AEW Event Plans Revealed? AEW

AEW’s plans to announce two Christmas themed events have seemingly been revealed courtesy of two new trademark filings.

On December 18, two trademark applications were filed by AEW with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), suggesting future Christmas themed programming is coming soon.

The filings were made for ‘Dynamite on 34th Street’ and ‘Christmas Collision’.

The description of both filings reads as follows:

Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services in the nature of live professional wrestling performances; Entertainment services in the nature of production of professional wrestling programs and events; Entertainment services, namely, production and distribution of ongoing television programs in the field of professional wrestling

AEW are no stranger to special Christmas themed episodes of their weekly programming, with AEW Holiday Bash typically being held on the week before Christmas across Dynamite, Rampage, and for the first time in 2023, Collision.

It’s not yet known if these shows are in replacement of Holiday Bash at this time, but we will post any updates on AEW’s plans for their Christmas schedule as/when they become official.
