CJ Perry (formerly WWE’s Lana) has reacted to her AEW All Out debut and the confusing response she received from Miro.
Miro was able to defeat Powerhouse Hobbs on the September 3 pay-per-view, locking in his Game Over for the win.
Post-match, Hobbs turned down a handshake from Miro, choosing to jump the victor instead.
With CJ Perry coming to her real-life husband’s aid with chair in hand, Hobbs would be surprised by the appearance of the former Lana.
The AEW star would suggest that Perry “isn’t real”, something that would leave her confused.
CJ Perry has now reacted to what went on at the United Center, tweeting:
“I’m not the kind of woman you renounce.”
In October 2022, Perry had said that she would “love to do something with AEW” with AEW “if the story is right.”
With commentary noting that Miro has “forsaken everything in his pursuit of glory”, it appears that extends to his own wife who was left looking confused in the ring.
