All Elite Wrestling have confirmed that they have signed the immensely talented independent wrestler Darby Allin. The announcement was made in the latest episode of ‘Road to Double or Nothing’.

Rumours about Allin joining AEW actually started all the way back at the beginning of February, when Cody teased to fans on Twitter that he was meeting with him. Rumours intensified when it was revealed last week that Allin had finished up his commitments with WNN/EVOLVE.

At this point, if it is unknown who Darby Allin will be facing at Double or Nothing on May, 25, or if he will even be appearing on the show in Las Vegas at all. However, it has been confirmed that Allin will be squaring off with AEW’s Executive Vice President Cody Rhodes at Fyter Festival on June, 29.
