Elsewhere on the show, the AEW Continental Classic tournament continued with matches from the Blue and Gold League.
The Beast Mortos remains on zero points in the Continental Classic Tournament with his loss to Shelton Benjamin.
The Gold League saw Will Ospreay succumb to a Scorpion Death Drop followed by two Coffin Drops from Darby Allin.
