With Cope continuing to use Metalingus following WWE departure, the band Alter Bridge has reacted to the rapturous recently the Rated-R Superstar received in Brisbane.
Sharing a post showcasing Cope’s entrance, the official Alter Bridge Twitter account, posted their reaction to AEW fans in the Brisbane Entertainment Center singing along to Metalingus, writing:
“This is just incredible! Listen to the sold out arena in Australia sing at the end 👊🏻 @RatedRCope @AEW #Metalingus”
It was previously revealed that WWE didn’t hold exclusive licensing rights for the former Edge’s theme tune, leading to the then Adam Copeland’s ability to use it for his AEW debut.
In December 2024, over in WWE, Judgment Day lost Alter Bridge’s ‘The Other Side’ as their entrance music.
