AEW star Darby Allin has officially reached the top of Mount Everest after climbing the mountain for the past number of weeks.
New posts on the ArcGIS Experience Builder website documented Allin and his team’s summit as follows:
Top of the World!
May 18, 2025
8:50am local time Summit!
Good weather was in our favor, but many teams took advantage of the short window aswell, which slowed our progress more than expected.
Darby Allin, USA
Ang Dorjee Sherpa, Nepal/USA 24th summit
Pasang Bhote, Nepal 14th summit
Tashi Thundu Sherpa, Nepal 12th summit
Pemba Sherpa, Nepal 2nd summit
The team will savor their moment on top and then start the return back to Camp 4.
Back to Camp 4
May 18, 2025
12:20pm local time
After summitting, the team had a much faster descent. Arriving back into to camp 4 they will spend the afternoon refueling and sleeping after a mammoth night on the mountain. Tomorrow a descent to Camp 2 and then into Base Camp, and you’ll get to hear the story from Darby himself.
Congratulations again to Darby, Ang Dorjee, Pasang Bhote, Tashi Thundu and Pemba. Thank you to Pemba Tharke for being our South Col cook and having water ready for everyone’s return.
It’s unknown when Allin will return to AEW TV, as of course he now has to complete the descent of the mountain as well.
