Another AEW Star Calls For Sami Zayn To Main Event WrestleMania 39

An AEW star has weighed on the talent of a top WWE star and believes they should be in the main event at WrestleMania.

Dax Harwood spoke on the FTR with Dax podcast about Sami Zayn, saying:

“Just like me, he’s so passionate. So, I think he’s finally been given the opportunity to do what he’s always been able to do.

“That’s above talent is the opportunity, as long as you get the opportunity, man.”

Harwood would continue his praise whilst looking towards WrestleMania 39, adding:

And you believe in yourself and you’ve got the talents to do it, you could do it and if he wants to main event WrestleMania make these people believe, if there’s one person in this world, who could do that, it’s him.”

If reports are to be believed, the current plan is for Sami Zayn to face off against Roman Reigns at Elimination Chamber after Zayn betrayed Reigns at WWE Royal Rumble on January 28.

The moment had been describe as a “curtain sellout” backstage and was received positively in other circles,

The February 18 Premium Live Event is taking place in Montreal, Quebec in Canada which is Zayn’s hometown.

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Daily Update, the feeling in WWE is that Reigns vs Zayn is such a strong match, it simply “doesn’t matter” what’s on the rest of the show.
