The date and location for the AEW Double Or Nothing 2025 pay-per-view event has officially been confirmed.
Double Or Nothing on May 25, 2019 was AEW’s first ever event, and has taken place every Memorial Day weekend since then.
This year will be no different, as the show has been confirmed for Sunday, May 25.
For the first time though, it’ll be taking place in Glendale, Arizona, at Desert Diamond Arena, which has a listed capacity of 20,000.
With tonight’s AEW Dynamite (and Collision tapings) also taking place in Phoenix, Arizona, Tony Khan told AZ Central:
“We put on the best pay-per-view events in the wrestling business.
“The fans in the Phoenix area have been so incredible for AEW. We’ve done several shows around Phoenix and we’ve had great support from the fans.
“I had said after an amazing AEW event in Phoenix in the past that we would bring these great fans a pay-per-view event, because they deserve it.”
He also said:
“We have the best roster of wrestlers in the world.”
Tonight’s show features The Opps (Samoa Joe, HOOK and Katsuyori Shibata) vs The Patriachy (Christian Cage, Nick Wayne and Kip Sabian), as well as a street fight between Big Bill and Powerhouse Hobbs.
