The professional wrestling world has reacted to Kris Statlander’s shocking return at AEW Double or Nothing to capture the TBS Championship.
With celebratory posts from Brian Myers, Pat Buck and Create-A-Pro Wrestling’s social media directly, Statlander had plenty of support from the squad since she began training at Create-a-Pro Wrestling Academy in 2016.
Ringside doctor for both AEW and ROH Doc Sampson wrote alongside a sweet snap with the new champ:
“And the NEW TBS WOMEN’S CHAMPION @callmekrisstat So damn proud! It’s been a year in the making 💪🏼”
Also weighing in to show their support, fellow Best Friend Trent Beretta who hilariously wrote:
“squeezed the tears back into my body so all my coworkers would think I’m strong”
And a hilarious message from Orange Cassidy: “I guess I’m buying a backpack for my friend tomorrow.”
Plus a ton of other congratulations from the likes of Renee Paquette, Willow Nightingale, Bryce Remsburg, Nyla Rose and recent AEW departure, Leva Bates.
