AEW Double Or Nothing 2023 Main Event Confirmed

AEW Double Or Nothing 2023 Main Event Confirmed AEW

On tonight’s AEW Dynamite (May 3) the main event for the upcoming AEW pay-per-view Double or Nothing was confirmed.

The main event for tonight’s Dynamite was a tag team match between the team of MJF and Sammy Guevara facing off against Darby Allin and Jungle Boy Jack Perry.

After a hard hitting match that was fraught with drama between everyone involved, it came down to a collapse of the tenuous friendship between Sammy Guevara and MJF.

After smoothing things over earlier in the night with Guevara, MJF eventually showed his true colors by the end of the match.

With both teams having difficulty working together, in the end it was Darby Allin securing the pinfall victory over Guevara after making a blind tag on Jungle Boy and hitting a big Coffin Drop.

That means Allin and Perry scored the win and earned their way into the Double Or Nothing main event, making it a four-way with MJF defending the AEW World Championship against Guevara, Perry and Allin.

Elsewhere in Double or Nothing news, there was a big challenge made on the Briscoe family farm for the AEW Tag Team Championships.

While the challenge was not confirmed, it was confirmed fans would hear from FTR on next week’s edition of AEW Dynamite (May 10).

AEW continues to speed towards Las Vegas on the road to their next pay-per-view, AEW Double or Nothing.
