Ahead of an imminent return to AEW, Dustin Rhodes has named his favorite wrestlers, with the stars being All Elite.
Absent from in-ring action since July of last year, Dustin Rhodes has recently teased a return to AEW.
After recently naming Swerve Strickland as his favorite male wrestler working today, the former TNT Champion has now taken to Twitter to name his favorite female stars.
In a post on the social media Twitter, Rhodes named four AEW stars as his favorites, posting:
“Favorite Women’s wrestler? Mine is @willowwrestles and @toxic_thekla @callmekrisstat @thunderrosa22”
The four Twitter usernames refer to Willow Nightingale, Thekla, Kris Statlander, and Thunder Rosa.
The latter would respond with a message for the absent AEW star, tweeting:
“I miss you coach!”
Willow Nightingale would reply to the message of praise with “💖💖💖”.
During his ongoing absence, Rhodes recently attended the Crufts international dog show, entering Beast, his Mastiff, into the working open group category.
The AEW star also runs his own wrestling school, and has commented on one of the Rhodes Wrestling Association trainees signing a WWE ID contract.
Rhodes underwent double knee replacement surgery last year, with his last match being a loss to Kyle Fletcher at the July 31 episode of AEW Collision.
Making his AEW debut in 2019, Rhodes has gone on to hold the TNT Championship and is a former ROH World Tag Team Champion and World Six-Man Tag Team Champion.
