What Did Dustin Rhodes Say On AEW Rampage?

On the February 10 episode of AEW Rampage, we heard from The Natural Dustin Rhodes, but what did he actually say?

With some fans hoping it would be an announcement of involvement with Cody Rhodes as he builds to his match with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, what Rhodes said actually hit closer to home, AEW in this case.

For the past few weeks, Swerve Strickland has been verbally attacking Rhodes and it finally caused Dustin Rhodes to break his silence, saying:

“He’s crossing the line, right? Swerve, listen, you can talk about me all you want to but when you mention my father’s name, my Brother’s name or the Rhodes name in particular, you’ve crossed the line.

“Now, here’s what’s going to happen, Swerve? I have been doing this for longer than you’ve been alive, for five decades I have been through everything that you can possibly imagine.

“There’s nothing you can do to me that I haven’t already been through. I’m not scared of you, I’m not scared of your… goons.  What’s that on your chest? The three triangles? It looks like Doritos to me and I like Doritos but I hate you.

“Listen up very, very carefully.  You will not tarnish the Rhodes name. I’m the last of my kind in this business.

“And, you, calling yourself a mogul. What is that? Are you an entertainment god? Well, guess what, God doesn’t like rejects and neither do I?

“Swerve, I’m coming for your blood. Swerve, I’m coming for your soul. And, I want them both, right now?”

At this point, Swerve’s goons would appear and the wrestling legend would get a taste of what may be to come and Strickland stood over him and wished him “Happy Black History Month.”
