The viewership figure and demo rating for Wednesday’s (September 21) Grand Slam edition of AEW Dynamite on TBS has been revealed.
Per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, Dynamite Grand Slam drew 1.039 million viewers. This is down from the September 14 edition that drew 1.175 million viewers.
This was the fifth straight week for AEW Dynamite drawing over one million viewers.
In the key 18-49 demographic, Wednesday’s program scored 0.35 rating. This is also down from the week prior that scored 0.39 rating.
The episode ranked #1 in the demo on cable for the night.
The show featured Jon Moxley defeating Bryan Danielson to win his third AEW World Championship, Chris Jericho winning the ROH World Title and The Acclaimed defeating Swerve In Our Glory to win the AEW World Tag Team Championships.
Also, Saraya (Paige in WWE) made her debut and confronted the top stars of the AEW women’s division.
