On tonight’s AEW Rampage, a pair of notable free agents were announced for the upcoming Revolution Tag Team Battle Royale.
After recently noting that they had “no tag bookings” together, it seems that one popped up for a popular pair of free agents.
Announced on tonight’s AEW Rampage, the entire field for the upcoming Revolution Tag Team Battle Royale set for Wednesday’s edition of Dynamite.
Not only were Top Flight and La Faccion Ingobernable announced for the match, also set to appear is Aussie Open.
Aussie Open (Mark Davis and Kyle Fletcher) have previously appeared on AEW television in the lead up to the AEW x NJPW crossover show, Forbidden Door.
Aussie Open had made appearances in New Japan Pro-Wrestling starting at NJPW Royal Quest in August 2019.
They also have been known to appear alongside Will Ospreay, as a part of the United Empire faction.
This Revolution Tag Team Battle Royale is not to be confused with the elsewhere Casino Tag Team Battle Royale, both which are being held in AEW to determine who will join a match already made for Revolution.
The Gunns will defend their newly won AEW Tag Team Championships against former champs The Acclaimed as well as the winners of each of the battle royales, to complete the fatal four-way match at Revolution for the titles.
