After having been ‘attacked’ earlier in the parking lot, AEW announcer Taz has shared more details about the assault.
Earlier the official AEW Twitter account posted about a pre-Dynamite parking lot attack on commentator Taz.
It was also announced that Nigel McGuinness would be stepping in to take the place of Taz in his absence and now the announcer himself has reacted.
Taz wrote on Twitter:
“Was at the hospital there, heading back to NY now, I need to see my doctors asap. These guys got me good at the arena, destroyed my leg.”
He also followed up shortly thereafter by writing:
“There is going to be HELL to pay,
and not by me.”
On last week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, after retaining the FTW Championship, HOOK went on to present the title to Taz.
HOOK announced that the FTW Championship was officially retired.
Tonight is set to be a historic night for AEW as the night marks the 5th Anniversary of AEW Dynamite.
