An AEW star appeared to potentially sustain an injury during a big match on tonight’s AEW Dynamite, dubbed Championship Fight Night.
During an AEW Women’s World Championship eliminator match between the Bunny and Jamie Hayter, the match’s abrupt finish left some fans wondering if perhaps the Bunny hadn’t been injured.
After the Bunny landed oddly after an exploder, the match seemed to end rather abruptly with Hayter hitting her rip cord lariat the Hayterade to end the match very shortly there after.
Reports of doctors at ringside checking on the Bunny after the match (although not being featured on television as was the case with the previous match and Konosuke Takeshita) lending to concern that there could have been something awry.
Hopefully the Bunny is unscathed after the bout however everyone at WrestleTalk wishes her the absolute best!
Also set for action tonight, the AEW World Trios Champions The Elite (Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks) will put their belts on the line against Top Flight and A.R. Fox.
The Acclaimed will defend their AEW Tag Team Championships against The Gunns.
In the first match of the night, the other AEW World Championship eliminator match ensued; you can read more about that by clicking here.
