AEW Dynamite Viewership Drops, Demo Rating Rises For 200th Episode AEW

The viewership figure and demo rating for Wednesday’s (August 2) 200th episode of AEW Dynamite on TBS has been revealed.

As first reported by PWTorch (via Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics), Dynamite 200 drew 894,000 viewers. This is slightly down from the July 26 edition that drew 898,000 viewers.

In the key 18-49 demographic, Wednesday’s show scored 0.31 rating. This is up from the week prior that scored 0.29 rating.

The show featured Hikaru Shida defeating Toni Storm to win the AEW Women’s World Championship in the main event.

Also, WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam made his All Elite Wrestling debut, confronting FTW Champion Jack Perry on behalf of Jerry Lynn.

The Elite celebrated their re-signing with the company by defeating Jeff Jarrett, Satnam Singh and Jay Lethal in trios action, while Chris Jericho and Konosuke Takeshita beat Sammy Guevara and Daniel Garcia.
