The viewership numbers for the September 16 episode of WWE NXT on the USA Network and AEW Dynamite on TNT have been revealed.
As per Showbuzz Daily, Dynamite drew an average of 886,000 viewers, which is down from last week’s 1.016 million. NXT this week drew 698,000 viewers, down from 838,000.
Remember though that last week (and the week before) NXT was on Tuesday and AEW was on Wednesday. This week they were both back to being the same time on Wednesday.
In the important 18-49 demographic, Dynamite scored a 0.34 rating, and NXT got a rating of 0.18.
Dynamite had a pretty stacked card with the likes of FTR vs Jurassic Express, the NWA Women’s Title match, MJF in action, and the Best Friends vs Santana & Ortiz street fight.
NXT, on the other hand, had title matches for both the Tag Team Championship and the North American Championship.
