An AEW faction has been reunited on tonight’s Dynamite ahead of the upcoming Double or Nothing pay-per-view.
Another championship match has been added to the card for Double Or Nothing with the return of a popular trio.
Ahead of an in-ring promo, the Bang Bang Gang (Jay White, Austin and Colten Gunn) had to bring a wagon to the ring to carry all of their championship belts.
The ‘Unified Trios Champions’ carry a lot of gold as they maintain belts for the AEW Trios Championship as well as the Ring of Honor Six-Man Tag Team Championship.
However, they would be interrupted by PAC who then ushered in the return of Death Triangle, bringing back Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix.
The trio have reunited and it was announced that they will challenge the Bang Bang Gang for the Unified World Trios Championship at Double Or Nothing.
Elsewhere confirmed for the card, the FTW Championship will be on the line when HOOK and Katsuyori Shibata both challenge the ‘Learning Tree’ Chris Jericho in a three-way match.
In their qualifier tonight, HOOK and Shibata both made Bryan Keith tap out at the same time, so it was declared they’ll both challenge Jericho.
