The viewership numbers for last night’s AEW Fight for the Fallen on TNT and WWE NXT on the USA Network have now been officially revealed.
It’s a dominant win for the Elite crew as Fight for the Fallen drew an average of 788,000 viewers, compared to NXT’s 631,000, as per Showbuzz Daily.
AEW is up from last week’s 715,000 for Fyter Fest night two, and NXT is down considerably from 759,000 for Great American Bash night two.
There’s been a lot of talk about the demos lately, and unsurprisingly in the key 18-49 demo AEW was dominant once again with a 0.29 rating, ranking it at #5, compared to NXT’s 0.14, which ranked at #49.
AEW did have a special show lined up featuring the likes of Lucha Bros. vs FTR, Cody defending the TNT Title against Sonny Kiss, and Jon Moxley defending the World Championship against Brian Cage.
NXT did have one title match announced which was Tegan Nox challenging Io Shirai, but there was also a bout for both the NXT and North American Titles with Keith Lee defending against Dominik Dijakovic.
