Following the announcement for next year’s show, a new report has revealed an update on the upcoming AEW Forbidden Door 2025 event.
At AEW All In London, All Elite Wrestling announced that they will be returning to London, England in August 2025 for the Forbidden Door event.
With the announcement that AEW would return to Wembley Stadium for All In 2026, this led to some questions on where the Forbidden Door show would occur in 2025.
Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that there had been discussions about AEW and NJPW bringing Forbidden Door 2025 to the O2 Arena in London, which you can read here.
Fightful Select (subscription required) provided an update, noting that AEW Forbidden Door 2025 is currently “planned” for the O2 Arena due to Wembley Stadium not being in the cards.
Coldplay already booked out Wembley for ten dates that already sold out around the time All Elite Wrestling would run the stadium for All In.
It remains to be seen if the O2 will be the eventual location for AEW Forbidden Door 2025 at the time of this writing.
