AEW/TNA
The new home for two former AEW stars has been revealed, with the duo officially signing with TNA Wrestling.
At the January 17 TNA Genesis event, Matt & Jeff Hardy will defend their TNA World Tag Team Championship against Dutch and Vincent of The Righteous.
As was first revealed in an interview with Denise Salcedo, and has since been confirmed by TNA Wrestling, The Righteous have now officially joined TNA.
TNA Wrestling shared the following announcement:
The Righteous, one of the hottest tag teams in the wrestling business, have signed with TNA Wrestling, as first reported this morning during a Righteous interview with Denise Salcedo.
The Righteous made their jaw-dropping arrival in TNA Wrestling in December at TNA Final Resolution, as they confronted Jeff & Matt Hardy, leading to a series of cryptic mind games with the TNA World Tag Team Champions.
The Righteous will fight The Hardys at tonight’s Genesis pay-per-view, with the TNA World Tag Team Championships on the line in a blockbuster showdown. TNA Genesis will air LIVE from the Curtis Culwell Center in Dallas, Texas. Limited tickets are on-sale now.
The duo previously wrestled for AEW, signing with the company in 2023. Their last televised AEW match was the tag team Casino Gauntlet in September 2024.
It was reported that the duo had been granted releases from their AEW contracts in May 2025.
