AEW has now confirmed the date and location for the upcoming pay-per-view special Full Gear.
On September 4, AEW held its anticipated All Out pay-per-view. In the main event of the show, CM Punk defeated Jon Moxley to win the AEW World Championship.
While there are several AEW specials scheduled for the rest of the year, the company will next return to pay-per-view for the Full Gear event, which the company has now confirmed will emanate from the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ on Saturday, November 19.
AEW most recently ran the Prudential Center in January for Dynamite, Dark: Elevation and Rampage tapings.
In the main event of Full Gear 2021, Hangman Page pinned Kenny Omega to win the AEW World Championship. Following the bout, Omega stepped away from the ring to undergo multiple surgeries. The Cleaner recently returned to action as part of the AEW Trios Championship tournament.
At All Out, Omega & The Young Bucks defeated Hangman Page, Alex Reynolds & John Silver to win the tournament, becoming the inaugural AEW Trios Champions.
