Did Orange Cassidy Win The AEW World Championship From Jon Moxley At AEW Full Gear 2024 AEW

Jon Moxley put the AEW World Championship on the line against Orange Cassidy in the main event of AEW Full Gear 2024.

However, even after the end of the match, there was still plenty to talk about.

The story of the match was Moxley dominating Cassidy, but Cassidy refusing to give up in his pursuit to save AEW from the Death Riders.

The match itself featured plenty of interference, as the Death Riders’ Claudio Castagnoli and Pac brawled with members of the Conglomeration.

Also, as Marina Shafir attempted to get involved, an equalizer came out in the form of Marina Shafir.

However, the last remaining Death Rider, Wheeler Yuta, proved pivotal as he ran in and struck Cassidy with the Busaiku Knee, which allowed Moxley to pick up the win.

After the match when Yuta and Moxley were attacking Cassidy, Hangman Adam Page came out and interrupted them, taking out Yuta.

When Page was having a staredown with Moxley, Christian Cage showed up and landed a Killswitch on Moxley.

Cage then brought up his AEW World Championship match contract that he won at All In London and can cash-in at any time.

While Page seemed to be reluctant, he left the ring seemingly giving Cage the okay to execute the contract and attempt to win the world title from Mox.

However, Cage was then attacked from behind by Jay White, which put an end to that possiblity.

As the Death Riders had managed to gather themselves together backstage, they headed for the parking lot, but before they could enter their truck, it was crashed into and destroyed.

They instead commandeered another car and drove off, before the driver of the car that crashed into their truck revealed himself to be Darby Allin.

Allin proceeded to ‘attack’ the truck with his skateboard, making himself bleed in the process, as the show went off the air.
