Another tag team has been confirmed for the AEW Full Gear 2024 tag team title match as a qualifying match took place on Dynamite.
Tag team wrestling main evented tonight’s AEW Dynamite as the Kings of the Black Throne (Brody King and Malakai Black) took on FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler).
The pair of teams squared off in the second qualifying match to find out who would join the AEW World Tag Team Championship four-way match at Full Gear 2024.
Already qualified are The Outrunners (Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd), who earned their spot by beating Top Flight (Darius and Dante Martin) on Collision.
Tonight’s main event would eventually come down to Brody King and Dax Harwood in the ring one-on-one.
In the end, after a series of nearfalls, Brody King captured the victory by choking out Dax Harwood to confirm it’ll be King and Malakai Black heading to Full Gear.
On this coming Saturday’s AEW Collision, the final team to advance to the match at AEW Full Gear 2024 will be revealed with the last qualifying match.
LFI’s RUSH and the Beast Mortos will take on The Acclaimed (Max Caster & Anthony Bowens) to determine who will fill in the fourth spot in the match.
Prviate Party are the current and defending AEW World Tag Team Champions after they recently won the title from the Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson).
